With snow still on the ground and roads still icy you may be stuck at home and on foot, but don’t worry here are some fun things to do during this brief break from school.

Make Snow angels

Definitely one of the more simple activities you can do is make a snow angel. It’s fun for all ages, takes five seconds, and is a big tradition for me. It’s a yearly thing for me, I don’t go through a snow day without doing at least one snow angel.

Snowball Fight

Having a snowball fight is a core memory for most people, it’s something that to me doesn’t get old. It’s just a simple fun activity that helps pass time on a cold snowy day.

Drink Hot Chocolate

After a long day in the snow nothing is more refreshing than a sip of hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is one of those things that just feels better on a snow day.

Shovel Neighbors Driveways

On snowy days like this an easy way to make money is always shoveling driveways. And if you have some neighbors in need it’s always a good way to give back to your community.
