As finals and winter break approach, Christmas decorations are lighting up the school. With awesome displays from building to building, these are the top five Christmas-decorated areas on campus.
Honorable Mention: The Nativity setup on the X
The Nativity setup is a classic for all families that are believers of Christ. The Nativity setup reminds us of what Christmas is truly all about. Not just giving and receiving gifts, or making Christmas cookies with friends and family, but the birth of Jesus Christ.

5. The CMC
The CMC is such a large and popular area for quiet study for teachers and students, and it displays a large variety of different decorations that most spots around campus don’t have. The CMC has small Christmas trees with ornaments, Christmas themed stickers on some of the wall, and other Christmas themed decorations hanging up like candy canes. Although it might not be as festive as some other spots on this list; it has one of the best varieties out of them all.

4. Student Services Christmas Tree
This Christmas tree has it all which is why I’m putting it at the four spot. If you look closely you can see this tree has ornaments, lights, garment, and a angel topping it off. The unique thing about this tree is the tissue and tissue boxes at the bottom as a resemblance of presents which is an awesome touch.

3. The Christmas Tree in the Lobby
This tree is one of, if not the biggest on this list. This tree lacks the bright vibrant Christmas tree that I would personally want, but it is a calm Christmas tree that really goes with the vibe in the lobby. This tree does have some awesome ornaments which is why I am giving it the three spot on this list.

2. The Counselors Office
This was a tough choice between one and two, but the counselors really put their Christmas spirit on display here. The green and gold themes Christmas tree matching the school colors is awesome. The star on top of course, and they even added some tiger ornaments and garment giving their tree that extra touch. The wreaths on the door and the lights on the window are also amazing touches really separating them from the rest of the pack and giving the counselors office the two spot.

1. Borders Commons Christmas Tree
This tree is by far the best tree in the whole school. It has everything. It has the vibrant star on the top, green and gold ornaments, lights, and garment. The vibrant snowflakes also are an awesome touch on this tree. The big open space in the Borders Commons feels empty at times and this Christmas tree really gives that Christmas time feel in the Borders, which is why it is my number one.
