On March 22nd, juniors Henry Pape and Addison Nutt are bringing music and charity together for a great cause. They’re hosting a concert to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, performing covers of artists like Tyler Childers, The Eagles, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, and more.

The duo met the summer before their freshman year and first started playing together when they brought their guitars to group hangouts. They believe that live music isn’t as popular as it should be and are very excited to host their first concert together.
Addison has been playing the guitar for three years since he took Mr. Yarborough’s class his freshman year. He is able to play both the electric and acoustic guitars, but prefers to play the electric guitar.
Henry has experience with various instruments, including the guitar for eight years, the piano for six, and the ukulele for five. Recently, he has also started learning the violin and harmonica, adding to his growing musical repertoire.
Beyond their music, both are active members of 1 Team 1 Cure, an organization dedicated to the fight for a cancer-free world. Through fundraising events, the team works to make a real difference in the battle against leukemia and lymphoma.
The concert will take place at Camp Social Club (1031 S. 6th Street) on March 22, 2025 from 7-9 PM. Entry is $20 at the door, with all proceeds benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
