Bible Verse of the Week; Trust

I think these verses in a way empowers you to know that one you aren’t alone and there is somebody in that you can completely trust and that you don’t walk alone. Even when you are in your weakest moment and might be confused on how to move forward, you know you can put your trust in God and that He will guide you to where you need to be.

This quote made me ask, “who can I completely 100% trust?” This question really made me think because you can think you trust somebody completely like how Jesus trusted Judas and then you end up being betrayed. Although the list was short, the most important name and the name that came to mind first was God. 

As I thought through that question I also asked, “who are some people who would completely trust me?” A lot of the same names came up but some new names came up — names that I couldn’t completely trust, but I hoped they could trust me. I had to wonder why this was. Am I just a giver? Am I trustworthy? But I think the answer is that I feel more trusted than I actually am. These questions encouraged me to want to become more trustworthy to others.
