Sky and Joey’s Release Radar

It’s Friday — time for new music. Rumors were going around that Kendrick Lamar had new music to release. I stayed up all night looking forward to the music, but it never dropped. While we are in unspeakable pain, we still found some good songs for this week. Enjoy!

Sky – “Wild Child” — The Black Keys

This song takes me back to the early days of The Black Keys, with a raw and distinct sound that compliments Dan Auerbach’s voice. “Wild Child” hails from their upcoming album Dropout Boogie, which is said to be a return to The Black Keys’ roots of a stripped down version of blues rock. “Wild Child” is a welcome addition to their discography, and I will definitely be listening to it and Dropout Boogie.

Joey – “diving board” — redveil

Let this be known, redveil is up next. The 17-year-old rapper has consistently dropped great music, and he just dropped a new single. His unique jazzy beats are different but in a good way. This song has a very chill vibe and will be going in my playlist.
