On Tuesday, February 13, junior guard Chance Dillingham became just the 17th player in program history to eclipse 1,000 career points.
Dillingham went into last night’s game just needing seven points to ink his name onto such a selective list of players. He contributed to a big team win, moving the Tigers to 24-3 on the season. Dillingham had a 22-point evening shooting 5/8 from beyond the arc.
#11 in green and gold has been a varsity starter since he was a freshman three years ago. Year-by-year, his productivity and talent increased every game. This year, he is the Tigers’ leading scorer with 486 total points this season.
Chance Dillingham’s impact has been unparalleled as the leading scorer looks to continue keeping his guys rolling as they head into the final three games of the season before the district tournament, and a chance for a run at Rupp Arena.
